Our 3 Guarantees

We stand behind our work with three written guarantees. Because our results depend on a real business to build on, each guarantee begins with eligibility requirements you must meet — followed by the conditions you must maintain throughout the engagement. These terms are summarized here and governed in full by your written service agreement.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for any of the guarantees below, you must, at the time of enrollment:

• Sell a validated offer with a lifetime value of at least $5,000
• Have existing case studies or a demonstrated track record of client results
• Have the fulfillment capacity to take on new clients generated through our outbound
• Be able to close inbound sales opportunities at a reasonable rate, or have a closer on your team who can

Our system generates and books qualified opportunities. Converting those opportunities into paying clients depends on your offer and your sales process — so these requirements confirm you have a business our outbound can accelerate. We are an accelerant, not a launch pad.

Ongoing Conditions

To keep any guarantee valid throughout the engagement, you must:

• Attend all scheduled check-in calls with your account manager
• Respond promptly to requests for information, approvals, and assets
• Report feedback from booked calls so we can refine targeting and scripts
• Apply our coaching on your sales and pre-call processes
• Apply our feedback on your website and VSL

Failure to meet any of these conditions voids the applicable guarantee.

The Guarantees

Guarantee 1 — 30 Qualified Appointments in 90 Days

We guarantee 30 qualified appointments within 90 days of your campaign launch. If we don't deliver, we continue working at no additional service fee until we do. A "qualified appointment" is defined in your service agreement.

Guarantee 2 — Your Investment Covered

We guarantee that the service fee you pay us will be covered by new cash collected from the appointments and leads we generate. If you pay us $7,500 in service fees, you will collect at least $7,500 in new cash from the opportunities we book for you.

This applies only to the service fee paid to AgencyLeads — not the setup fee, VA costs, or any other pass-through expense.

Guarantee 3 — VA Placement, Guaranteed for 6 Months

We recruit, train, and place a dedicated VA inside your business, guaranteed for 6 months. If your VA doesn't work out for any reason within that period, we replace them at no cost to you. This guarantee is voided only if the VA reports they were not paid as agreed or were mistreated during their work with you.
