AgencyLeads LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "AgencyLeads," the "Company," "we," or "us") is a done-for-you client acquisition and outbound marketing services company serving established agency owners. We do not sell a business opportunity, "get rich quick" program, or money-making system. We provide outbound marketing services, and where we offer specific performance guarantees, those guarantees and their conditions are defined solely in your written service agreement and on our Guarantees page. Except for those written guarantees, we do not make general earnings claims, return-on-investment claims, or claims that our services will produce any particular level of revenue, closed sales, or profitability, because those outcomes depend on your offer and your own sales process. All material is our intellectual property and protected by copyright. Any duplication, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Examples, Case Studies, and Hypothetical Scenarios

Any examples, case studies, or hypothetical scenarios presented in our materials are for illustration only. The Company makes no representation regarding the likelihood that any client will achieve a particular outcome. Any results referenced in our presentations or materials do not represent the typical experience of any specific client, and past results are not a guarantee of future outcomes. Results in any period may be well above or below those of a prior period, and no representation is made that any client will achieve results similar to those referenced. Client Results Depend on Factors Within Your Control

Our services generate and book qualified appointments and leads on your behalf. Converting those opportunities into paying clients depends on factors that are your responsibility, including your offer, your pricing, your sales process, your close rate, your fulfillment capacity, and your responsiveness throughout the engagement. Individual results will therefore vary from client to client. The eligibility requirements and ongoing conditions for our guarantees are stated on our Guarantees page and in your service agreement, and results depend on meeting them.

Testimonials, Reviews, and Surveys

Testimonials and reviews reflect the individual experiences and personal opinions of clients who have purchased our services. Individual results will vary, and testimonials may not be typical. Results rely on the effort, time, skill, and market conditions of each client, as well as other factors.

From time to time we may survey clients regarding the value of our services and their overall satisfaction. By completing a survey, you confirm that the information you provide is an accurate representation of your experience and that you have not received any financial incentive to provide positive feedback. You grant the Company permission to publish your feedback and comments, in aggregate or with your identifying details removed, on the Company's websites, materials, and review platforms. We respect your privacy and will not publish personally identifiable information without your consent.

Financing

The Company is not a lender, does not issue credit, and does not provide credit counseling or financing services. If you choose to finance the purchase of our services through any third party, that party is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with the Company, and we receive no referral fee or compensation in connection with it. You should carefully evaluate your own financial situation before borrowing funds to purchase any product or service. Using borrowed money at high interest rates or unfavorable terms may reduce or eliminate any benefit you receive, and if you cannot make required payments you may incur additional fees and risk damage to your credit. We urge you to carefully consider this before making a purchasing decision.

The Company may link to or refer to content, products, or services provided by third parties that are not affiliated with the Company. We are not responsible for such content and do not endorse or approve it.
